This service is by annual contract or per call and hour.
Unlike most resources you depend upon, our services never close -- if
you want us (nearly) always available to your business. Extended hours
are weekday evenings until 9 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This service is recommended clients with larger operations or significant
business requirements after 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) or on weekends.
The service works in two ways. One is by annual contract (or seasonal).
If you have a contract and you call, you can depend upon a call back
within an 1 hr. during the extended hours(*). The other is by per call.
With this type of service there is no guarantee that you will get a return
call. It depends on the demands for the After-hours personnel
attending to contract clients(*).
